Refund policy
At JDZ, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you love what you purchase. To make your shopping experience seamless, we have outlined our Exchange Policy below. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at fashion@jdzbyjashoda.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [JDZ, Palace Road, Nr. Reliance Petrol Pump, Gondal - 360311]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Does JDZ offer exchanges?
Yes, JDZ offers size and product exchanges , subject to the policy and conditions mentioned below.
2. What is the exchange window?
Customers can raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product meets all eligibility criteria. Any request made after the mentioned window, will be failed to accept.
Replacement of product will be delivered within 10–12 working days approximately.
ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS
3. What condition should the product be in for exchange?
To be eligible, the product must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Returned in original packaging
• With all original tags intact
Products that fail Quality Check (QC) will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
4(A). How many exchanges are allowed per order?
• Only one exchange is allowed per order
• Second exchanges are not permitted
EXCHANGE CHARGES
5. Is there any pickup charge?
Yes, a ₹200 reverse pickup charge is applicable on all exchanges.
This charge is non-refundable.
If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
6. How are exchanges processed?
Once the returned product passes QC:
• Store credit will be issued
• Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further exchange
7. How is store credit calculated?
Store Credit = Actual amount paid – ₹200 reverse pickup charge
8. Are shipping or COD charges refundable?
The following charges are non-refundable:
• Forward shipping charges
• COD charges
• Express delivery charges
9. Will store credit be calculated on MRP or the discounted price?
• Store credit is calculated on the actual amount paid
• Discounted prices, coupons, and prepaid offers are final
• MRP or original price is not considered
10. Store credit validity
• Store credit is valid for 6 Months from the date of issue
• It cannot be extended, transferred, or encashed
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
11. What if my requested size or product is unavailable?
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued (valid for 60 days), allowing you to choose another product.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
12. Are sale or discounted items eligible?
No. The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Sale items
• Discounted products
• Coupon-based purchases
PREPAID RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) ORDERS
13. What happens if my prepaid order is marked as RTO?
• Customers may request a re-attempted delivery (additional courier charges apply)
• If undelivered after the second attempt, store credit will be issued
14. Store credit for prepaid RTO orders
• Store credit will be issued after deducting applicable courier charges
• Validity for prepaid RTO cases is 30 days only
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
15. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We’re here to help 😊
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images or videos
• An opening video of the parcel is mandatory, with the damage clearly visible
Once verified:
• Replacement or store credit will be processed
• Processing time: 7–14 business days after receiving the product
We do not offer refund instead we give replacement or store credit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
16. Are international orders eligible?
International orders are not eligible for exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY
17. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed under the following conditions:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
• Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order
• Approved cancellations are processed as store credit only
